Qualified Vehicle Mechanic is a professional vehicle engineer and inspector who has in depth knowledge of a particular vehicle.This mechanic can work in he capacity of a personal car repairman or be employed by an organization.In some countries a professional qualification is required in order to practice this profession whereby theory and practical knowledge are both grasped by the QVM.
