What does AEIDC mean or stand for ?

This is a data center with digital as well as had copies of papers,journals and libraries of research about environmental conditions in the Arctic region.It is situated in Anchorage in Alaska and important topics like effects of climate  change are recorded and stored in these databases for scientists to retrieve and research.
